I really liked this item in the pictures and from what other people said about it. I have been looking for a bakers rack for quite sometime now and this is the only one I found that was reasonably priced and even close to what I was looking for. I am very happy with the way I can display some pottery that I bought overseas.[...] I was told that it would be here between certain days and it showed up almost a week early and packed really well.

Beautiful pieace of furniture, sad part about it that is all it is. The drawers don't work and the holes don't line up with the ironwork. If the others that are being sent out act the way the one I purchased cut the price in half. Oh did I mention there were no screws to attach the top with the bottm just holes that don't line up. What a shame to take money from consumers this way.

FedEx took an extra 4 days for the lower half of the unit and from what I can tell they rolled it across the warehouse while it was delayed.
The styrofoam was powdered inside, but the unit was unharmed -- I suppose it did it's job.

After some of the negative comments I hesitated a couple times before I finally decided to take a chance. Is it perfect....NO. It did need a little touch up with my felt marker for wood stained furniture. For the price, it's the largest one I could find, it fits my space perfectly and I am glad I took the chance. It was put together in 1 hr and that included getting it out of the very well packed and protected box.

Despite the fact that the wrought iron top was delivered damaged (we received a new one in three days!) and the stain being darker than shown, we really like the piece. We use it in our dining room. It is both functional and attractive. Wish it would have a plate rail in the shelves.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
