Had it shipped as a gift only for it to arrive with broken parts. Have to go to the manufacturer for replacement parts thus delaying use. Don't know yet what is going to happen with replacement.

Good value for the cost. I needed more storage space for small appliances, extra sets of dishes, etc. I have a breakfast area with 3-sided baywindows that we never use as intended, so I bought this hutch for a solid wall. Then I placed 3 small and 1 large matching cabinets beneath the windows; height is perfect and looks great with my cafe' curtains. Attractive substitute for a walk-in pantry and freed up my kitchen counter and made my holiday dishes and occasionally-used sets easily accessible instead of being packed away in boxes. First small cabinet took a while because the instructions were not clear; but after that the small ones went together in less than an hour, the large in about an hour and the top of this hutch went quickly as well. Plenty of hardware and pieces were well-marked and well-packed for safe transport. Do not understand the complaints of inadequate storage, because the dimentions are clearly there on the web site. Only issue was one drawer side piece missing but had an extra of the opposite side. Company contacted and piece sent out promptly, so no complaint there.

We bought this for extra space in our kitchen. It looks really great, however it took me over 8 hours to assemble. The instructions aren't very clear so we have to start over at one point, VERY frustrating. It was worth it in the end. Free shipping was very fast & packaging was perfect.

Dear Sir or Madam:I received the Bakers Rack w/Hutch and Stainless Steel top pictured above (order #: 6589458492620). I had three problems with the order[...]2. As you face the bottom of the piece, the door on the right is warped causing the bottom to protrude from the frame when closed. It is flared out on the bottom along the long axis. Please provide a replacement for the right door that is plumb and does not flare out from the frame at the bottom.3. The drawer assembly could use more detail in the instructions. Other than the packaging & identity problems, the warped door, and the lack of detail in the drawer assembly; the piece will make a beautiful addition to our kitchen. Thank you.Thomas P. It looks great - we bought two ebony Home Styles unites (TV Stand & Armoire) and it matches great. Our only "complaint" was that the magnets on the hutch were very strong - too strong. We put a little bit of black gaffers tape over the magnet to reduce the strength - it was really hard to open without this...but the gaffers really helped. We liked that the wine rack was removable after assembly...we haven't decided if we'll keep that in as we have a little one on the way. Great storage piece!
