      I use this as a display rack in my family room for books and other misc. art objects. It goes perfectly in my rustic, ecclectic room. It's very sturdy and was easy to put together. I didn't find anything to be flimsy. I'm very happy with it.

        This works great for extra storage in the pantry area right off my kitchen. Love the adjustable shelves. Best if you have 2 people to put it together. I would give 5 stars if the bottom of visible shelves were stained but still a great product!

        Agreed with others about smell but if you light a candle the smell is gone within a few hours.

        Very impressed with turn around time, ordered Monday arrived Friday! Only took 1 person to assemble and it took longer to unwrap it than it took to assemble!

        I only gave it a 4 out of 5 star because once I assembled it, it was a tiny bit crooked but my husband couldn't even see it.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I had such high hopes for this as a functional piece to give me more room in my small kitchen. As I opened the pieces, I encountered more problems. I tried to overlook each problem, even being willing to glue split wood and a broken support, and overlook that the top shelf wasn't finished on the underside which is visible due to the height of the unit, and the finish on the top side was bubbled. When I got to assembling the unit, I gave up because the welds didn't look very strong and there was going to be a good amount of weight with my microwave oven and ice cream machine. Sometimes it is just better to spend more to get a quality product.

        Service and delivery comments:

        Delivery was prompt, and the box didn't have a lot of damage. Unfortunately, there was some damage from the contents moving around during shipping. Hayneedle service was great, and they made the return very easy. I will definitely shop with them again.

        Looks great in my kitchen. Have microwave and all canned goods and even some appliances on it. Even though it is full it does not give the room a cluttered feel. Love the shelves, but the frame is not solid, which concerned me. This is why I gave it 4 stars. Fortunately the weight of the items helped to sturdy it to a safe position. Love this piece...
